Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your sign-in identity (name/handle and email from your login provider).
• Product data you provide: product profiles, claims, campaigns, and reply drafts you create.
• Public content snippets: short excerpts of public social posts you import or that your campaigns discover, stored with a link to the original. Discovery fingerprints expire automatically after 90 days.
• Usage data: clicks on tracked links you include in replies (count and timestamp only).

What we don't do

• We never post on your behalf. Every reply is manually posted by you.
• We do not sell your data.
• We do not train AI models on platform content or your data.

How data is processed

Data is stored in Microsoft Azure (United States). Post text is sent to Azure OpenAI for scoring and draft generation; Microsoft does not use this data to train models.

Retention and deletion

You can delete products, campaigns, and opportunities in the app at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, email info@omniadataanalytics.com.
